About these reports
Property Intelligence Reports are compiled from New York City public records — the Department of Finance ACRIS property-records database and Department of Buildings permit data, via the NYC Open Data API. Only records of $1,000,000 or more are tracked. “Estimated maturity” reflects a typical 5–10 year commercial balloon term measured from the recording date; it is an indicator, not a confirmed maturity or outstanding balance. These reports describe a propertyand its public transaction record — they are not consumer reports and may not be used for any purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (credit, employment, insurance, or tenancy). Names of individual (non-entity) parties are withheld. This is market information for research only — not legal, tax, investment, or financial advice, and not an offer or quote for any loan.
