What is a Conventional CRE Loan?

Conventional commercial real estate loans are the workhorse of the industry — offered by banks, credit unions, and private lenders for stabilized, income-producing property. Expect competitive rates for strong borrowers, terms of 5–20 years, and amortization up to 30 years. Best for well-qualified borrowers with solid property cash flow.

Best for

  • Stabilized property
  • Refinance
  • Strong-credit borrowers

* Rates and terms shown are indicative and vary by lender, borrower, and property. Not a commitment to lend. Subject to credit approval.
