What is a SBA 7(a) Loan?
SBA 7(a) loans are partially guaranteed by the U.S. Small Business Administration, which lets lenders offer longer terms and lower down payments than conventional loans. They're a strong fit for owner-occupied commercial real estate, business acquisitions, and expansion. Loan amounts run up to $5 million with terms up to 25 years for real estate.
